I have Musial on a 1974 World Series game program. I didn't know he was there, I was just waiting by the players entrance and he walked out. No one else noticed him, though I suspect many knew he was "someone" coming out of that area. It was not uncommon for current and former players to attend the World Series. I also got Yogi Berra and Ken Aspromonte, both managers at the time, as well as Joe Dimaggio on that same program.
