Default Tom Novack Collection for sale this weekend

To collectors in the Atlanta area - A few of us are working this weekend to help with the sale of the amazing (and massive!) sports memorabilia collection of the great Tom Novack. Tom is a longtime donor and supporter of St. Pius High School and is a legend on the Atlanta sports collecting circuit. He has decided to “retire” from collecting and ALL OF THE PROCEEDS from his sale this weekend will go to St. Pius High School.

Location:
Courtyard by Marriott
2045 S. Park Place NW
30339
(Just off Windy Hill, a block West of I-75)

Will be here until about 8 pm tonight (Friday), from about 10-6 on Saturday and on Sunday from about 10-4.

In addition to supporting Tom’s good cause, you can also shop with dealers such as Roger Neufeldt and Bob Pressley at this small but very worthwhile show.

It’s worth coming just to see Tom’s incredible “stuff.” Among the items are hundreds of stellar autographed pieces and hundreds of immaculate, mint condition 1940s-70s sports magazines and publications.

Thanks!

Ada Herefords/Cementers 1954
Anderson Rebels 1954
Ardmore Rosebuds 1961

Hi Alan -- I have not seen any minor league game programs in the collection yet, but I also have not seen the entirety of it. The programs are pretty much MLB, with a mix of Super Bowl, NCAA bowl games and MLB playoff/world series.

The Sport magazines without mailing labels are killer. Just an awesome collection.

Tom used to attend every autograph show on the east coast in 1980s and 90s and he got a ton of his publications signed. But there is also a large number of balls, bats and prints in the collection.

Will let you know if I see any of the programs you asked about.
