Something has always been intriguing to me about cards with bold red backgrounds...T206, 1914 / 1915 CJ, caramels cards...lets see some.

the op already started a thread like that. up next: post your cards with a fielder, wearing a hat, has his left gloved hand extending into the air. I’ve always loved those cards.

Boys, let's have some more hobby respect / dignity (see what I did there). I agree with the op assessment. The red backgrounds of cards are awesome! One of my favorite threads from a few years back were "show us your Christmas / Hanukkah colored cards". The reds, greens, and blues were magnificent.

Man, has the market tanked yet?
I sure hope it does! And soon! ![]() I realize the scandal needs a spotlight and we should not have our heads in the sand regarding the issue. Threads on the scandal should definitely exist here and elsewhere to make more collectors aware. I don't deny that fact. But do we really need to inject it into the threads where collectors are simply trying to enjoy the hobby and share scans of their cards? I no longer buy cards because of the scandal. However it would be nice to come to this forum and still enjoy seeing these types of card threads without having more of the scandal thrown in my face. sincerely, Çhûck W0lƒ |

I haven't owned that Greminger for years. I still have a scan of it, so I posted it. I think Ryan R. now owns this card (or one very similar to it). TED Z T206 Reference . |
