cert. numbers in proximity to cards outed on Blowout

Preface, PLEASE READ IN ORDER TO UNDERSTAND THESE LISTS AND THEIR LIMITATIONS:

Best efforts have been made to recreate submissions containing the cards identified on Blowout (by before and after pictures) as having been purchased then altered then auctioned by PWCC. In other words, each list of certs contains at least one card that has been specifically outed on Blowout.

Cert numbers are publicly available on PSA's website. However, it does not tell you where subs start and stop so many judgment calls went into this based on experience and common sense, to try to identify the starting and stopping points of each sub. It is possible that some of these lists may be underinclusive or overinclusive. If I become aware of any errors I will specifically post to correct them. As of the date of this clarification (7-20) nobody has identified any errors.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT NO SUGGESTION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY OR ALL OF THESE CARDS OTHER THAN THE ONES OUTED ON BLOWOUT HAVE BEEN ALTERED. The purpose of identifying certs in proximity to the cards outed is simply to help collectors make their own decisions. It is up to each individual what if anything to do with the information. Efforts also have been made to identify further sales of the cards but this is not always possible due to search limitations. The sales information is mostly taken from the PSA website and may be inaccurate or may not contain interim sales in some cases. Therefore, SELLERS LISTED IN THE LAST COLUMN MAY HAVE ACQUIRED THE CARD ON THE MARKET AND NOT DIRECTLY. Spot checking VCP did reveal many sales by PWCC.

Needless to say, the person doing this work (not me, but a dealer who posts on BO) deserves a huge debt of gratitude for making this effort to help people.
