Got a Jordan rookie from Hit Parade. Or so the guy claims. Can you help to tell of this is real?

I have owned a handful of these and have looked at thousands of these--I have never seen one with a border that slim all the way around.
If it's authentic--which I would not take a 100:1 odds on, it's certainly trimmed. What exactly is Hit Parade?
