Hal Chase Red Letter Premium

I purchased this many years ago at a Reading show and just rediscovered it while moving. From my time on this board I've only ever seen a similar Mathewson. The premium measures 8"x10.5". It looks to be period.

Does anyone have information on this set or where it may have originated? Possibly some other examples?
