I know the policy if a buyer does not pay within 48 hours is to open an unpaid item claim. But as a seller, do I have to do that? Or could I simply keep and relist the item in question and refuse to accept the seller's payment if they try to make it later?
Weighing thoughts on what to do in a situation like this right now, and just curious as to what my options as a seller are. I don't see where this is clear anywhere on the eBay policy pages, I think they assume everyone would want to open an unpaid item case. Thanks.
