Default Eclectic Cubs Lot - It's Over

A mixed bag of Cubbies sold as a lot of three

First a Cub legend, Phil Cavarretta, the MVP of the National league in 1945. I think the touch of wax on the reverse is the reason this beauty didn't grade higher.

Second a Cub favorite from the 80s, Ryne Sandberg. I'm not a professional grader, but don't you think that centering sub of 7.5 is a bit harsh.

And finally a high grade 1976 Topps team card. Shake this card and it will look like a bobblehead collection during an earthquake. Really!!!

This auction will end Saturday night at 8PM PT, in a mere 60 hours.

Let's get it started with a $22 opening bid with $2 minimum increments. If a bid of $30 is reached, the shipping is free. If not, the winner pays the actual shipping. Fair enough? Any form of payment net to me. All Canadiens pay the difference between US shipping and actual costs.

In a never ending effort to enhance the clarity of my listings, please note that the actual shipping fee for this lot is $4.45.

Thus according to my instructions a bid of $26 or $28 would incur a cost greater than that of a $30 bid with free shipping.

Therefore I would like to amend the “rules” as follows,

A $26 bid will ship for $29.
A $28 bid will ship for $30.
A $30 bid will ship for $31.

The current $22 bid ships for $26.45.

Bid today or this lot will get away.
