Well that managed to get your attention, right? So clearly this is a very low grade lot. I purchased these from a non-collector after extensive discussion to ensure they were authentic . I knew the Ruth was pretty rough but hoped it would be gradeable. Turns out SGC deemed it too fragile, which it certainly is. The left side has a heavy crease which is reinforced with some tape, can’t 100% tell if it’s just for reinforcement or if the small piece has actually separated. In any case, it’s stable enough and just needs a good screw down holder for security. The top has a crease that breaks through the surface as well. Most of the staining on the back is glue residue, there is nothing on the back except for the piece of tape on the edge mentioned before. It’s just not PSA registry material! I really hoped SGC would grade it but notice the note from them states “Too Fragile”, not questionable authenticity and all that nonsense. It’s 100% authentic and I stand behind that. The other cards are just as rough, some worse with fire damage. Could be fillers. It is what it is, pretty certain you won’t find an authentic e121 Ruth Throwing cheaper, great for someone to own a killer card at the right price. No need to make an offer, if it doesn’t sell at my price I’ll enjoy it myself.
