eBay Gift Card $90 for $100 Card
Are these typically available or is this a special promotion? I saw it in an email from one of the major card sellers. Seems like its directly from eBay?

They're always available, but at face value. The $10 off is a today only deal.
I bought one, figured why not. I'll be spending money with eBay anyway, might as well save 10 bucks. It's just an e-gift card where they'll e-mail you the gift card code within several hours of purchasing. Last edited by rsdill2; 07-18-2018 at 12:02 PM.

Ebay tells me:
This listing is restricted to pre-approved buyers only. Email the seller to be placed on that pre-approved list. The seller, I think, is just ebay. They've got somebody checking a zillion e-mails asking to be added to their list?
