1956 Topps Mantle PSA 4???
What do you think about the grade on THIS card? And it's in one of the newer PSA holders too . . .

Could have come out of an old slab and sent in to get reholdered. Pretty poor 4 in my opinion.

Funny business must be going on with that one. Major creasing across center of the card, 1.5 Fair at best. Hard to check frosting with the background of the picture.
According to PSA's website, same card sold for $480 in May. https://www.psacard.com/auctionprice...ction/1738655/ https://www.psacard.com/cert/29040888/ I was betting that it was a slabbing error, where multiple of the same card were sent in an the same time, but that is not the case based on looking up the prior and following cert numbers. Good one to send in for the grade guarantee if you like the eye appeal when they drop it to a 1.5 or worse.

I'd say a 4 if it wasn't for that crease across the middle. That would drop it a couple more points IMHO.
