This is the eBay Bucks, not a discount. You still pay full price for the item you purchase, but are rewarded with 10% eBay Bucks of the purchase price less shipping.

I don’t recall opting in in the past. Others may want to chime in if this is required.

I didn't get this one yet, but in the past I'm pretty sure there was an "Activate Offer" button to click.

Typical, every time I buy something this happens the next day. I am starting to think I should just tell everyone I just bought something expect an ebay bucks bonus.
