I am very frustrated with Beckett Grading Service. I have a 1954 Topps Jackie Robinson card that my Dad had graded by Beckett many years ago. At some point, Beckett accidently started re-issuing duplicate certification numbers and they have no record of this card. When you look it up on the Beckett website, it says that it is a 1990 Leaf Sammy Sosa card.
I contacted Beckett and their solution was to have me send the card in and pay to have it re-graded. Shouldn't they offer to do it for free since they messed up and duplicated the certification number? Has anyone run into this before? I'm very disappointed in the customer service I've received.
