Default Secret Santa Holiday Exchange (6th Annual) 2017
Hi guys!

Welcome to the sixth Annual Net 54 Secret Santa holiday exchange!

Here are the rules and timeline:

1. Dec 5th is the cutoff to enter.

2. Gifts should be sent on or before December 10th (Make sure it gets there on time!!!!!!!)

3. Gifts should be valued at $25 or greater. I will do my best to give each SS their interests for both giving and receiving.

4. When sending the gift add "N54SS" somewhere visible so it is not opened early! Please open gifts on or after the 25th.

If you would like to participate please PM me your info, it should include:

E-mail Address
Real Name
User Name
Address

Pick one of the following categories and include your "want" from that category. Ex: 1920 and earlier "T206".
1920 and earlier
1921-1940
1941-1949
1950-1967
1968-1979
Modern
Memorabilia

What you can give should be fairly similar to what you would like to receive. There are no guarantees you will get exactly what you want but I will do my best to match up individuals with similar interests.

To all participating and previous participants of the Net54 Secret Santa Holiday Exchange,

All active participants in post 2 are being sent an email with their secret Santa's information. This task will be accomplished in the next 60 minutes.

If you have not received that email by tomorrow morning, check your spam folder, if you are still unable to locate please email me.

It's been fun the last six years doing the exchange, we've seen some pretty incredible generosity and a few lumps of coal along the way. Even when a gift was skipped out or there was a small issue, the members of Net54 stepped up to assist and it was inspiring and reassuring to watch as the facilitating bystander.

Due to current commitments in life and of my time I am going to have to step down from assisting in the record keeping and maintenance of the secret Santa exchange for the next year. If anyone would like to step up I will be more than delighted to show you how I do the record keeping in excel and how I match everyone to their best match.

Mine will head out today (Tues). I have a dumb question, but when you guys are sending anything, are you including any kind of note? I'm assuming since this is Secret Santa, no name should be included?

This years I just sent the cards. In the past I have included a holiday card. I have never done it but one of our great members included some chocolates in mine one year. Really no wrong way as long as it gets sent out on time.
