Question about a wrestling book

I am looking for some information about a book on professional wrestling.It was a 1945 printing of "40 years of wrestling" by Clarence Eklund. I do not have this book right now but will be shown it on Sunday.And I am wondering if anyone has any information on this publication and if it has any real value.I just want to be prepared with some information when I look at the book. Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.
