I have a D350 Shawkey Standard Biscuit. There is no PSA pop report on this card. Is it really that scarce? I would have thought many of these cards would have found their way to PSA by now
I could not post photos because they would not upload below size limit imposed |

Which Shawkey do you have? There are at least 4, none of which is real common but also none so scarce as to command huge dollars either. I have confirmed a 1916 d350-1-1 raw that actually shows Stuffy McInnis (card #163), and SGC has graded a d350-1-2 (card #161). The Shawkey in Standard Biscuit sets from 1917 (D350-2, card #157)and 1921 (D350-3,unnumbered) would be scarcer, but demand is not overly great for whatever reason, probably because the B&W sets don't get proper love, IMO. A nice example--figure vg-ex or so--would fetch between $80-$120 dollars for the 1916, maybe a bit more for the 1917 and around $150-$225 for the 1921. Of course Shawkey or Yankee collectors might pay more.

Sir,
Just curious. Which card image matches the one in your possession? Thank you. Last edited by Brian Van Horn; 09-18-2017 at 02:14 AM. |

Neither. It is the 1916 D350 numbered 163 as noted in Todd Schultz's reply. I did not know the photo is really McInness!
