Good evening,
Two part question here: Do any of the autograph collectors see an issue with an autograph signed across text in pages of a magazine or book as opposed to on a clean index card, sheet of paper etc? Also does that hurt the value of the autograph? Thanks! chalupacollects |

Yes, I would assume that all auto collectors would reflect that in their valuation of the auto.
Depending on who the auto is and how much it stands out above the text, it might be valued at 1/2 to 1/3 of what the same auto would be on a clean sheet or 3x5 card. And those values are typically less than on a photo, gum card, ball , bat or other memorabilia.
