Help With 1910 Football Item

I found this booklet at a vintage paper fair and decided to pick it up. Anyone ever seen one before? What would a reasonable value be?

The booklet has several interior pages with a 1/4 page area for recording the score of each game and the balance of the two page spread for ads.
