1980s Star Panels - Storage Ideas?

Looking for storage ideas for the 3-card Star panels from the mid-80s. As a player collector, I have a number of these and have yet to find a decent way to store them. I have tried multiple boxes of the three pocket binder pages but the panels never seem to fit in the top row. I can't find a toploader that works either. Any thoughts? How are others storing these?
