Off to RMY - 1908 TYPE 1 photo- Polo Grounds during Giants-Cubs playoff game

A very rare and important 8x10 photo of the stands at the Polo Grounds during the 1908 playoff game between the NY Giants and Chicago Cubs at the Polo Grounds, NYC. Obvious condition problems but truly a very rare photo with a very thorough description penciled on the verso.
$1100 ppd.

I have maintained the original size of the scan of the verso so the details can be easily read.
