Pickup Thread
The monthly pickup threads don't seem to have many posts. So, I figured it would be a good idea to start a thread that allows us to post all of our pickups in a place that will remain on the main page of this section.
To start things off, please allow me to post a pair of 1980 Philadelphia Phillies cards. I was 8 years old when they won their first World Series championship, so they were larger than life to me. Last edited by Eric72; 10-31-2016 at 08:03 PM.

The first World Series I remember. The other night the Cubs did an exact repeat of Bob Boone and Pete Rose teaming up to catch a foul ball.
