Baseball sim league question

Some friends and I are looking for an online league where we can--

compete against each other in a private league
build our teams with no salary cap
not spend a ton of money

Let me know if you have any recommendations. Our idea is to build our teams the old fashioned way...we'll each rip open 3-4 packs of 1979 Topps and build our 25-man rosters from our best cards.

Check out Strat-O-Matic Online. They have private leagues you can set up with a variety of parameters.
