Default *** d311 Pacific Coast Biscuit COMPLETE set for Sale - $14,000 ***

This is a very significant PCL set being made available and trust me, this took a heck of a long time to complete! D311s rank up there highly in terms of eye-appeal for a set with their vivid colors and unique poses to the issue. It's not the easiest thing in the world to simply get a single d311, much less a complete set of all 72 cards.

Some good things about this group – all of the insanely tough Sacramento players are obviously included as well as premium cards such as Baum and Peckinpaugh are included and the cards with the most popular poses such as the "prancing Melchoir" and the "backhanded Mohler" are also included. A select few players in this set run hundreds of dollars on the rare occasions when they are put up for auction so there is quite a premium for a few of the truly difficult cards included in this group. Condition-wise, the cards are definitely lowergrade, most hovering around the "1" range but there aren't more than a few (3-5) which look too heavily beat. Several of the cards are also of the handcut variety....a couple even have oversized borders which is kind of neat as well.

The Danzig card in particular is a special card as it has a “Gotillion Hall” overprint on the back. This is the only d311 I’ve ever seen with any sort of stamp or overprint on the reverse.

Player list is below with conditions next to each one. Scans are available upon request. Asking $14,000 delivered for the group. Would consider trades for e107 or t204 HOFers as well.

Thanks much,
Brian

Brian- Quite a feat, completing the D311 set!
I wish I could pry loose the two I need, Lewis and Delhi, but I won't even ask, I know you want to sell this as a set.
On the other hand, if you ever decide to break it up and sell the cards individually and make more money, please keep me in my mind for the 2 cards.

Happy Holidays,
tbob

Hey Bob! Yeah, parsing out 72 cards seems like quite an undertaking as I'm sure you can imagine. You've definitely got first crack at the ones you need if that ever happens though!

Best of luck with the remaining two. Hope you had a great Christmas and a terrific New Year!
