Can't help the crease, I know, but it's too bad that card wasn't soaked first before being torn out as it looks like most of the excess back paper would have come off if it was? (Assuming you can soak 52's and one would want to try it with a Mantle?)

I would assume "sale pending" which in all likelihood, it is off the market unless the sale falls through.
