Why Sweet Caporal 150 Factory 649, over-print ???

Just like them , whereas the Factory 42 over-print is fancy and almost artistic, the 649's big red bar just jumps at me

Always love to trade (got 150+ dupes on my desk), but would buy if the price/player/condition is right.
