Not sure if this link works, but I noticed the dog ear on the top left of the card; then the apparent damage to the holder along the right side?

Please be careful where you are posting....This post war stuff should really go on the post war side (for next time). There is a fair amount of activity there too. Can't help with the answer on the card...
