Took a stab on this one, hardly nothing in it at all so I'd thought I see what yall think.
Passed blacklight test, haven't put it under my scope yet. Yay or nay Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G925A using Tapatalk Last edited by Leon; 03-28-2016 at 08:13 PM. Reason: resized image to fit screen |

Nay....artificial wear to the corners to start with...

I was unsure about those, they are uneven. I thought artificial wear was marked by rounded corners that all matched in roundness
I also was uncertain about the staining. My initial thought was reprint and then it pass my blacklight and I was like hmm.... Thanks for the .02 Leon Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G925A using Tapatalk |

My initial thought was also that it was a fake, because the corners are too uniformly round, and appear to be deliberately shaped. The degree of corner wear also doesn't match the degree of edge wear, which is significantly less.
However, it also now looks to me like all of the edges are trimmed. If it began as a "jumbo" card and someone cut down the sides and shaped the corners (for what purpose, I dunno), then that would explain the inconsistent corner-to-edge wear. The print/litho also looked good to me, at least from what I could tell on the computer screen, so then I started having second thoughts... My best guess is that it's a hand-cut fake, because that just seems to make more sense than it being real. But looking under magnification would make a big difference. ETA: I see the point about the bad litho now that I've compared it to others. I thought it was maybe a lack of crispness in the scan.

More specifically (to me), great centering, poor lithography when compared to a real one, artificially rounded corners and the wear shows more white (too bright) than it should. Put it all together.....

"poor lithography" along with the corners, I would say NAY.

NAY. I agree with Leon, those corners don't pass muster.
