Hello all.
A good friend of mine passed away last week. I have been asked by the family to sell off his life long collection of Jewish cards. The collection is over 1000 total cards. There are very few duplicates. Some highlights are over 600 baseball cards, including the hart to find 1936 Weintraub World Wide Gum card #135; many Koufax, including a nice rookie; many Greenberg cards; several tobacco and pre war cards. Most of the tobacco cards are in off condition. There is just so much to list 'sigh'. Over 70 boxing cards, 47 of chich are nice condition pre war cards, 19 boxing exhibits, over 100 basketball cards, several basketball autos, 2 uncut strip cards, the list goes on and on. In all, there are many more newer players than older ones, but the collection is pretty vast, as he was an avid collector who quit collecting about 10 years ago. We are asking $4000 for the entire collection. Please send questions, as it is difficult to fully describe the whole lot here. Thank you!
