Default 1955 Clemente Rookie - How to tell Reprints??

Seller states that this card is a reprint. As it looks totally authentic - How does one determine that it is a reprint?

To me the card stock as revealed by the wear to the bottom border looks wrong.

Card stock will feel thin and check print with a 10x loupe.

On that one the wear around the borders and on the corners looks artificial. Like someone was purposely trying to age the card.
