Default Tough group of 29 w560 multi-color (red & black) variations...now available for $395!

Large group of 29 tough-to-find multi-colored w560s are available. The red and black variations of w560 are extremely more difficult to find than their mono red or black counterparts. There are 64 cards total, 33 baseball players and 31 cards of non-baseball players. Hi-lighting the baseball players are 11 HOFers...with the most significant cards being a terrific looking Hornsby and a Lefty Grove rookie!

Also, with the multi-colored variation, there are 3 "tints" typically found with in the set - pink, orangish and greenish. I have several cards of each tint so each shade is represented thoroughly in this offering. Conditionwise, there's really not any lowgrade examples in this offering. Most of the cards actually hover around the VG-EX range so really, no beaters here!

Additional scans available upon request. Asking $395 delivered for the group and would consider trade offers. For someone looking to start a tougher set from the 20s, this might be a good opportunity for you!

Thanks in advance,
Brian

Group is still available....these are tough to find with the red and black variation...very underrated in terms of scarcity. Open to trading for just about anything pre-WWI. Thanks much!

Still trying to find a new home for this group. Quite a few HOFers including a Grove rookie and the Hornsby. ALL 32 cards are the tough red/black variation. To give you an idea how difficult these are, I did a search on Ebay just now and found 103 auctions for w560s in general. Only 11 of them were for cards with the black and red variation....

Thanks much,
Brian

Bump for this group. Sold a few of the non-baseball cards in the group so now I'm offering the group of 29 remaining cards (21 baseball, 8 non-baseball) for $395, which is a little below my cost for the remainder.

Will accept offers for individual cards, although I would prefer to not move Grove or Hornsby this way as they are the key cards in this group.

Can you post a scan of the Grove and Hornsby please? Thanks, Bill.

Hi Bill,

Not a problem. Hornsby is a sharp looking card....crisp edges, sharp corners and no wear or wrinkling. Grove is pretty much the same although it does have some slight touches to the corners. Both have clean and entirely free backs as well.

Bumping this up. Neat group of tougher variations here. Marked down below my cost in order to move quickly as well!
