This gentleman claims to be a longtime collector. He issues his own coas. Claims that all hobby veterans know and respect him. He has a 1956 topps signed Roberto Clemente. Just wondering if he's legit. note Unless I hit a number I'm not planning to buy. Thanks for any help.
