Play Better Ball LP
Is anyone familiar with the LP? It was issued in the spring of 1959 and features Whitey Ford, Bob Friend, Gus Triandos, Gil Hodges, Nellie Fox, Frank Malzone, Ernie Banks, Harvey Kuenn, Richie Ashburn and Willie Mays. The LP was issued on the Urania label. The players speak about their positions and the skills needed to perform them. Not exactly being naturals, they sound like they are reading from a script.
