Default FS: Name your price. Seriously.

I am at the end of a nearly two-year process of selling a card and memorabilia collection for an elderly, longtime friend who was active in the hobby for more than three decades. Pictured/listed below are items that I think, because of my lack of knowledge, I am unable to accurately price, or they are lower-priced pieces that I simply want to move. So, to make the selling process easy and to avoid the bump/price reduction game that is all too familiar on this B/S/T, you can name your price(s).

Here's how it will work: Simply send me an email with what you think is a fair price. As long as I feel you're sincere and not trying to take advantage, the item will be yours for your price plus actual shipping. I will not counter your offer. There will be no negotiations. I will reply that either the item is yours or it's not. BELIEVE ME: If you make a fair offer, we will have a deal. I have no desire to hold on to these items, and I want them sold.

There's no gimmick here. I'm simply relying on the integrity of the Net54 community while at the same time getting these collectibles in the right collections. The only caveat is that if you've not honored a previous deal or bounced a check with me, or if I know you shill your own items in auctions, doctor cards or otherwise are a piece of hobby scum, we will not be doing business. Sorry if this offends anyone (well, actually, I'm not sorry).

After we confirm a deal is in place, I will mail your item(s), then email you the total cost, including exact shipping. After your item(s) are on the way, you can make payment either by PayPal or by mailing me a check, money order or cash.

If you have any questions, feel free to PM or email me.

Thanks,

Rob

Well, unless some of the "great guys" spring for dinner at the National. Then all will be forgiven and it will be business as usual.
