One last find I have no idea about:
From 1958 to 1961, my dad went to several Dodger games at the Colosseum, kept score on generic forms and kept the work. All are done in pencil for both sides, including pitch counts! The earliest one I see is April 22, 1958 Dodgers/Cubs, Johnny Podres over Hobbie. I'm guessing there are about 80 games/sheets, but I haven't gone through them all yet. Scorecards are removed from whatever spiral binder they were in so there's nothing else on the sheets other than the generic format. About half of them were folded over as you can see in the picture. (the scorecard on the left is Koufax losing to Lawrence of the Reds). Any thoughts if these are worth anything? Thank you, Doug |
