1953 Ty Cobb Signed Check PSA
1953 Ty Cobb signed check made out to Frank L. Stephan Estate. Interesting fact. Frank L. Stephan was a Prosecuting Attorney and he prosecuted the “Black Widow” (Lydia Sweet Trueblood)(Female serial killer).
