Other half of the card doesn't necessarily have to be signed
Also buy other HOFers on signed pre 1942 cards as per other lists and also most on more oddball cards and tobacco cards

I'm not the sub-forum policeman or anything - there should be a policy posted in the classifieds somewhere.

I wouldn't worry too much about it - you aren't the only one doing it, and there doesn't seem to be any enforcement. However, it's been better lately.
