circa 1920s Baseball sweater....thoughts...
I was watching this one. It looks like a great sweater. Any thoughts on it being legit (sure looks it) and the ending price? I thought it might go for more...

Looks legit... And at a great low price for the Winner!
The Boston Braves attribution is a bit of a stretch (without any visual evidence or provenance). Still a steal, simply as a beautiful period Baseball "Type" Sweater. Gosh, I wish I'd seen that one! Last edited by perezfan; 10-01-2014 at 12:04 PM.

I think the price paid was fine, as long as it's a decent size, even if it absolutely could not be attributed to any particular team. I probably would have been bidding at around that level if I had noticed the auction.
