Polo Grounds Chair

Have to sell my double NY Polo Grounds chair. I made a thread about the restoration of it but some things have come up and need to move it.

This been nicely refinished/restored. The metal standards are mostly original(one of the top brackets broke off and was replaced with one from a Yankee Stadium seat). The wood slats (backs and bottom) are not original from the Polo Grounds but have been refinished with wood from the ERA and are correct size and shape. The slats do show wear, some cracks, chips, etc. They were used before in another stadium before being sanded and repainted with gray. All the bolts and nuts have also been replaced with modern ones. I had the metal parts powder coated, so they will last a very long time and still look good(The two bottom knuckles turned out to be alittle darker orange, didn't notice till I put the seat together. If buyer wants them redone I can but wasn't a big thing to be because the seat is always done and you dont see them).

Seat can he shipped intact or taken apart or could meet somewhere to drop off. Looking for $3,000(not including shipping) OR BEST OFFER. Will also listen to trades for game used items, hall of fame autographs, etc. can send more pictures if interested. Thanks boblee89@yahoo.com
