I'm sure this has probably been discussed on the board before, but being relatively new I'm wondering what everyone's opinions are on these DiMaggio cards? They are the same year as his WWG, which sells for exponentially more and seem fairly undervalued to me. Am I missing something? Are these RC's?
I particularly like the 1936/37 Goudey R314 which features the same mug shot of DiMaggio that is later shown on his iconic 1938 Goudey "Heads Up" card. I own a R314-Type 4 Gehringer in SGC 84 and its one of my favorite cards and am thinking of adding the DiMaggio since even the 1938 Goudey is a little out of my range at the moment. Opinions welcomed. |
