T207 Recruit Mitchell/other Mitchell back?

This auction ended earlier today and I wanted to see if this was a common error for the series. As you can see, the card on the right is "Mitchell - Cleveland" while the back is Mike Mitchell, Cincinnati Reds. Is this an error is this an uncorrected card in this set?

And while I bid on this item and didn't win it, I did win the lot of "Mantel" cards the seller had listed. ;-) Was underbidder on a couple of other lots including the Play Balls. You guys are really starting to make me into a vintage guy after years of putting collecting on the back-burner.

I don't know that I have seen that front/back error before, which suggests that it is scarce (though unclear how valuable it might be). But in any case, to get those 3 cards for $87 is a great deal-

All of the T207 mitchell's have that back. Not a variation or error.

All the Mitchell cards (both Willie and Mike) have the Mike Mitchell back - you won't find any other (at least one has never been seen). Mike Mitchell (Cinn) is generally recognized as the harder of the two cards, but not by much, and not enough to make any real difference.
