PSA Pop Report Discrepancies - T206 Brown Washington Old Mill
I saw the Brown Washington Old Mill in the B/S/T and wanted to check out the pop report at PSA, since I can't remember having seen this front/back combo before.
There's a card from 2012 that sold on eBay in a PSA 4: http://www.cardtarget.com/cgi-bin/gm...&variation=225 But it doesn't show up here (only a 4.5 and a 6 do): http://www.psacard.com/Pop/Detail.aspx?c=65132 And then even stranger is the cert for the 4 is verified by PSA, and says "none higher": http://www.psacard.com/cert/10974488 What the heck?!
