Pretty sure its the R314-Type 4 "Creamy" border. I just purchased a Gehringer of the same type and am still unclear if its a 1936 or 1937 issue as PSA and SGC seem to disagree. PSA labels indicate it is a 1936 issue, while SGC lists it as a 1937. I'm leaning towards it being a 1937 issue with earlier types produced in 1936, but that's just a guess on my part. Nice card!
