Can you tell us why it's no good? Is it the "Ted" part? I was thinking the "T" didn't look like his usual T.

The flow the t and the A and no flow to the m if that helps.

Those are great tips...thanks, Shelly. The "Williams" I thought looked OK to me, but I'll look closer from now on. I remember somebody on here (maybe it was Shelly) said an 'a' that wasn't fully closed was another giveaway too.
