Photo Find - Savannah Indians - SALLY League
A co-worker of mine found this 1947 Savannah Indians postcard at a Byrd Family estate sale here in SC. Harry Byrd (in the picture), was a lifelong South Carolinian, so we're thinking this could have been sent by him to someone in his family. Also, pictured is Lou Brissie and several others who made it to the majors. (Astroth, Biasatti, Connelly, Fagen, Burtschy)
I offered to post the images here, and would appreciate feedback regarding scarcity, value, etc. It measures approx 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 with no creases or tears. Thanks, John
