In light of Jackie Robinson day I thought this photo was very interesting. The three players left to right are Rogelio Linares who to dark so he could only play in the Negro league the middle is Sal Hernandez who was of a hue that he played in both the Negro Leagues and the majors before Jackie and the third is Roberto Estalella who was white enough to play in the majors in the 30's and 40's. (I don't know who the 4 player is). Makes you think about the arbitrary lines that our national game chose to implement just over 65 years ago. The photo is from the cuban leagues in 1942. We should note that in Cuba the race line fell in 1900
