Default 1951 & 1954 Bowman Starter Lots – Very Well Centered

1951 Bowman – 25 different, some minor stars. All these are EX/EX+ and most were SGC 60 crackouts. All cards are very well centered. I’ve scanned the first 10 in each lot which are a good representation of the rest of the lot. Cards Include: 13, 68, 71, 81, 85, 87, 91, 114, 115, 126, 131, 132, 136, 139, 141, 148, 168, 178, 187, 231, 241, 246, 247, 249 and 250.

1954 Bowman – 54 different, some minor stars. All these are EX to Ex/Mt (some even NM). All cards are very well centered. I’ve taken pictures of the first 10 which are a good representation of the rest of the lot. Cards Include: 3, 11, 13, 22, 25, 28, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 40, 42, 47, 51, 52, 56, 59, 60, 68, 70, 75, 78, 82, 83, 88, 99, 100, 104, 107, 108, 115, 123, 124, 130, 131, 139, 151, 157, 162, 165, 171, 173, 175, 180, 184, 189, 194, 195, 198, 205, 222 and 223.

BV on the '51 Bowman lot is $615. Will sell for $246 delivered which is 40% BV.

BV on the '54 Bowman lot is $700. Will sell for $280 delivered which is 40% BV.

I will consider trades for the following:
‘65 Topps NM or better, well centered
‘71 Topps NM or better, well centered
’72 Topps NM or better, well centered

One and only price bump.

$200 on the '51 Bowman lot
$230 on the '54 Bowman lot

I also have HOFers (not listed) of each year available as well in same condition.

Also willing to trade - see list above.

Edited to add: Buy both lots for $400

Thanks for your interest, but I'm hoping to sell them as lots. If I decide to break them up, I'll certainly give you first shot at those 3. Thanks!

David

Here you go. The pictures were taken with my camera phone and do not do the cards justice. They are much nicer in person. The pictures make them looked warped, diamond cut, miscut, etc, but I can assure you they are not - it was just the angle of the camera. I can take better scans (like the cards posted above), but it would be later this weekend.

Stars will be 40% BV. You can pick and choose which ones you want, but I want to keep the common lots together. Also, I will sell the common lots w/o the stars, but will not sell the stars w/o the common lots. I really don't want to sell the stars at all, but will if someone is buying the commons.

Last, I feel that my prices were excellent. I will entertain offers on the '51 Bowman lot, not the '54 lot. The more I look at those cards, the more I may decide to build that set some day. IMO, the '54 Bowmans are way more beautiful than the '53s - much more color.
