1991 Topps Desert Shield Question

Calling Desert Shield experts:

In my ongoing attempt to track and record all the various packaging types and numbers, I know that the Desert Shield cards were packed out in the same boxes and cases used for the regular Topps cards - Boxes coded 1-362-70-01-1 and cases coded 362-91.

I have seen cards pulled from wrappers coded the same as the basic Topps wax 1991 wrappers - 0-362-94-01-1.

But this image I found on an auction site with Desert Shield cards surrounding it in a larger version features a blurred wrapper code in which SEEMS to read 0-362-94-00-1.

Does anyone know whether any Desert Shield product was packaged in different wrappers or, for that matter, any different packaging materials than the regular Topps cards?

I am not certain but I believe they were all printed and packed at one time i.e. read very short print run. The print code for sheets is below (3-362-10-01-1). The 2nd to the last grouping of figures corresponds to the full sheet (half sheet Splits A + B) it was printed on....so 3 full sheets, 6 half sheets. Most call a sheet, a "full sheet" of cards when it is actually half of a full sheet - either the A split or B split.

Some DS packs were wrapped and certified by BBCE and sealedin a hard case and shrink wrapped. BBCE stopped certifying packs a number of years ago when full boxes dried up and they could no longer pull packs from sealed boxes or FASC. I've uploaded a scan of the pack. The BBCE cert blocks a lot of the back of the wrapper.

TLDR, I am not completely sure of the answer, but I think just one type of pack.

I have 2 empty boxes, with different player panels (i.e. Set #1, Set #2, etc.). Both boxes have the same box code 1-362-70-01-1.

I opened a few non-BBCE packs several years ago. All have the same wrapper code 0-362-94-01-1.
