Well, he attempted to list it 4 times on ebay, with it getting pulled every time for being a reprint. He kept changing the wording trying to get away with it. Some news has come to light. Mars used to live in Washington state. His ebay name is pacifictradingpartners, He ran a fly by night grading service. If you look at pacifictradingpartners followers on ebay (mind you they sell mattresses) one of them is tobacoroadcards some of you may remember that guy as the guy that sells all the graded garbage by some scam grading companies and also sells the penny cards. He cuts a whole in the reprint card and sticks a penny in. This looks like one giant scammer that took things too far, tried to pull off the big scam and got caught.

This info was all found, because he is trying to sell the fake wagner on epier which requires your phone number to use which can be seen here..

And this link which is his current ebay name shows his name, address, phone number, and identifies himself as the owner of PGC cards
