1952 Chief Bender Scroll of Tribute anyone ever seen one of these

I bought this a number of years ago and my research shows that in 1952 Gov. John S. Fine of Pennsylvania along with 6 mlb owners honored Bender by making up a scrolls that were circulated and signed by players and more.

This scroll was from the 1952 York White roses which was a inter state league. There are 3 not so famous major league player who signed including, Tito Francona, Chuck Locke and Gene Crumbling.

I just wanted to share this and ask if anyone has ever seen another one around and what value it could possibly have.
