T206 Burch Tough Common Ends 11/3 10PM EST
This auction is for a T206 Burch (Batting). Tough common only printed in the 150 series. The scan shows the problems with the card. Scuffing on the front, bottom right corner crease, staining and paper loss on the back.
You can see in the scan a 1/4 in square of residue on the back right above "Years" and extending to "arette" in "Cigarettes." What the scan doesn't show is that small square of residue is tape residue and it is very sticky. I had the card stored in a penny sleeve and semi rigid holder for 20+ years. To remove it, I had to cut the sides of the penny sleeve and carefully peel the card from the plastic. Nice looking card for a poor condition tough common IMO. Minimum bid $10 with $1 increments.
